- To assist the project team with administrative matters.
- Communicating with suppliers on the purchasing and follow upshipment status
- Create administrative document
- Understanding the project goals
- Project mapping and scheduling
Requirements:
- Female (max.29 years old)
- D3/S1 of related discipline are welcome to apply
- Computer literate (Basic Microsoft Office)
- Having experience in administrative field is a plus
- Having experience in purchasing field is a plus
- Having experience in logistic/ shipping is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good attitude and able to work as a team
- Good communication skill and active
